Smoothie for breakfast and lunch both today and tomorrow. Dinner today is home made chicken and broccoli. Dinner tomorrow will be Hibachi grill. Start with a salad then do the fresh grill with LOTS of veggies (especially bean sprouts) a little chicken and a little imitation crab then a small thing of rainbow sherbet for dessert. Then off to the beach Saturday morning. 8 ounces of water every hour. Maybe a run later if it's not raining. Just a half pound for Saturday would make me happy

Not gonna stress. Not gonna stress. Not gonna stress. Okay it's stressing me. I really was hoping to lose that last pound to be under 200 before Saturday. I think I'm gonna cut out all my diet sodas tomorrow and try to eat as healthy as possible. I did do a lot of yard work today, pushing wheelbarrows full of junk (with a flat tire), loading the truck, chopping down old wood stands in 85 degree weather. So I'm hoping that helps some. I'm trying not to stress I just hope it was enough to get that 0.2 back off and get the other pound off before Saturday. I don't think I'm going to make my 198 goal for Monday, not with going to Virginia Beach on Saturday, plus Hibachi on Friday night. I'm hoping the fact I have to power wash the deck tomorrow and do laundry help. Gonna try to keep it to 1,000 calories and try for 128 ounces of water since I'll be outside most of the day sweating. I can only hope it's off before Saturday.

Gotta keep telling myself doing it healthy is better. I keep not wanting to be disappointed with what seems to be a half pound loss a day and I'm not I guess I just want it off so bad I wish it would be quicker. But I know the slower and healthier I do it, the chances of keeping it off are better and I know I'll be toned and sexy. After I hit 175 I'm going to start with hard training to tone up and do the workouts the girls from SuckerPunch did to get strong. They all are strong with out being bulky. Do that 1-2 days a week along with cardio. Then once I hit 140 or a size 5/7 start in doing that 3-4 days a week toning up with a goal of either 140-150 or a size 3-7. I know my body will change a lot with toning and I don't want to put a weight over my head or a size because muscle weighs more and I feel with being just shy of 5'8" that saying 150 with a lot of muscle is like being 120 with no muscle. Need to look at kettle bell prices before 175. Hope all you girls are doing great too and have a wonderful day.

Just fell short of what I wanted for the week. I account that to my semi-binge last night so I'm not gonna complain since I figured I'd gain about 4 pounds. So at this point I need 3.5 this week and 3 the next week minimum to meet my June 5th (birthday) goal. Saturday we are going to the ocean which will be a lot of walking but also bad food if we aren't careful. Luckily my bestie is dieting too and it makes it a little easier. I'm not worried about my June goal but I am somewhat worried about my July goal. I need to lose like .75 pounds a day to make it at this point. Gotta start busting my ass harder at the gym. Going for 40 minutes of cardio and then weights tonight. Trying to tone up and slim down. I gotta do it this time for my health and to try to stick it in my boyfriends head that he needs to do it too before hes unhealthy from it.

So I was at my boyfriends yesterday and we walked around in the Inner Harbor. Probably a good 3 miles by the time we were done. But I ate bad. Oh well at least I didn't gain. I don't think I will lose my other 2 pounds but oh well. I'm happy with the 5. My friend got out of the hospital and she will be going to AA and NA more than likely and she has Manic Depressive Disorder. I worry though still because she's trying to get a hold of her ex to have him go with her and if she gets wrapped back with him she's going to relapse. I'm gonna try to talk my mom into going to the gym with me tonight but I doubt she will go. If I'm still awake around 2am and its not raining I may go for a walk. I'm restless a lot anymore. I sleep for hours
